Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of a new customs policy update affecting all shipments entering Europe.Starting from July 1, the current €150 tax exemption policy will be removed, and a new customs charging system will officially take effect.

Policy Changes

Billing Standard

Customs fees will be charged based on the 6-digit HS Code of the product, rather than package quantity or item quantity.

Fee Standard

A fixed fee of €3 will apply for each different product category (HS Code).

Calculation Rules

• Multiple items with the same HS Code → charged once (€3) • Multiple product categories with different HS Codes → fees charged cumulatively

Examples

• T-shirts only → €3 customs fee • T-shirts + Shoes → €6 customs fee
