According to the latest regulations issued by EU customs authorities, a new import duty reform will be implemented across all EU member states starting from July 1, 2026.
Under the new policy, the duty exemption for goods valued below €150 will be removed. As a result, all parcels entering the EU will be subject to customs-related charges.
To minimize the impact on our customers, RizzitGO has decided to absorb most of the additional costs and introduce a fixed €3 customs surcharge per parcel.
What You Need to Know
A fixed €3 surcharge will be applied to EU-bound shipments.
The fee is charged per parcel, regardless of the number of items inside.
Whether your parcel contains 1 item or multiple items, the surcharge remains €3.
Any additional customs-related costs beyond this amount will be covered by RizzitGO.
We will continue monitoring the implementation of the new EU regulations and do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.
