We’ve optimized the RizzitGO parcel submission process to provide clearer guidance when selecting shipping routes and handling restricted items, helping reduce unnecessary steps during submission.
✨ What’s New
Improved Shipping Time Alerts｜PC & H5
When submitting a parcel, the system will display a reminder if the selected shipping route has a relatively long estimated transit time. This helps you better understand the expected delivery time and make a more informed choice before submission.
Improved Restricted Item Alerts｜PC & H5
When submitting parcels to certain regions, if your parcel contains Puma items, the system will notify you that these items are currently not supported on the selected route. A one-click removal option is also provided, allowing you to quickly remove the restricted items and continue with your parcel submission.
🔧 Experience & Stability Improvements
This update also includes several usability improvements and bug fixes to further enhance platform stability and provide a smoother overall experience.
