Spain / Portugal (CTT / COEX) — Warehouse Drop-off & Pickup Delays
Due to the seasonal slowdown in Spain’s agricultural sector, return-truck capacity has significantly decreased since late August, resulting in tight capacity across Spain and Portugal.
As a result, warehouse drop-off and last-mile pickup times for CTT / COEX shipments may be delayed. Please communicate with recipients in advance and allow additional time for delivery.

UK — Unexpected Airport Delays
On the afternoon of September 8, a technical failure involving air traffic control equipment at London Heathrow Airport caused widespread flight cancellations, diversions, and disruptions across multiple UK airports.
More than 1,000 inbound and outbound flights were affected on Tuesday across at least 16 airports, with an additional 270+ cancellations reported on Wednesday morning.
Due to the resulting disruptions, cargo arrivals, airport pickups, and related logistics processes in the UK may experience delays for several days.
